1. Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them completely.
   
2. Carefully open/cut the foot-mask pouch along the indicated line.
   
3. Place each foot inside the corresponding sock-shaped mask.
   
4. Secure the masks around your ankles using the attached stickers.
   
5. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes.
   
6. Remove the masks and rinse your feet thoroughly with lukewarm water.
   
7. The dead skin will naturally begin peeling over the following 4–7 days. Do not pull or forcibly remove peeling skin.
